The Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection Foundation is an online shop through which the Foundation offers the same products and publications that are available in the Museum shop. The shop is a service destined exclusively for use by those persons 18 or older who act as final consumers; and who are residents of Spain, or any of the destinations provided for on the order form.

This online shop is dedicated to providing excellent service, particularly in regards to maximum payment security, total privacy guarantee, prompt home delivery through a messenger service, original gift-wrapping, and returns and refunds on your products, If for any reason you are not satisfied, within 15 working days after delivery.

It’s easy to buy online. Customers need only follow the steps and instructions previously indicated in the online shop. You can browse for products on the menu, where they are arranged by product type into categories such as jewelry, decorative items, and children’s products, etc. Or you can search directly by using the search box and typing in the product name or description.

When you find something you are interested in, you can enlarge the photo to see the item in greater detail, as well as its characteristics, sizes, colors and price. You can add a product to your shipping cart by indicating the desired quantity and clicking on the button “add to cart”. You can add as many different products as you like and in any amounts. You can also review the selected articles in your shopping cart at any time.

Once all items have been added to your shopping cart, you must enter your customer information and select payment method so that your order can be processed. Upon completion, check that your information is correct and confirm your order. You will receive your order within the specified delivery time.

All prices listed on this Thyssen Museum website include VAT, (to be applied exclusively to customers who are residents of Spain -excluding the Canary Islands- or the European Union). Prices do not include shipping costs.
