The Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection Foundation online shop is compliant with the security protocols of MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa, which are especially designed to prevent credit and debit card fraud.

These require that the cardholder’s identity be verified before the purchase is approved. For those transactions specified as highly secure (identified by the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa logos), enter your payment details and follow the instructions that appear on the screen for authorization and confirmation of the purchase with your bank.

To activate Verified by Visa for your Visa card, or MasterCard SecureCode for your MasterCard, contact your card-issuing bank.

Invoicing and VAT (tax)

It is possible to specify invoicing details when you provide your shipping information. To do so, un-check the box “invoice details are identical to delivery details” and fill in the requested invoice information. 

The value added tax for each item is already included in the price that appears in the product details and in your shopping cart.

Tax-free

Unfortunately, Tax Free applies only to products purchased by non-residents in the shop and transported by said purchasers.
