All orders are shipped via messenger service to your door. You can receive your order at the address or addresses you choose, but unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Post Office boxes.

You will be automatically notified of shipping charges upon placing your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Final shipping costs will be displayed in your shopping cart once the shipping destination, weight and dimensions of your order have been determined.

Shipping Procedure

You will receive an email confirmation for your delivery containing the details of your order and a link to follow the entire process online.

Upon ordering, you will be required to provide a delivery address for the purchase where shipments can be received during normal business hours. Should you fail to meet this requirement, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection Foundation will not be responsible for the delayed or cancelled delivery of a customer’s order.

Delivery Estimates

Typical delivery times, from the moment an order leaves our warehouse, are the following:

Shipments/ to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands – 4 to 5 business days.

Shipments to the Canary Islands – 5 to 7 business days.

International Shipments – 6 to 8 business days.

* For deliveries of products from Print on Demand, the terms vary depending on the product and the place of delivery, it will be shown in the shopping cart.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of the Foundation or the transportation company, including strikes, meteorological conditions, public disruptions, traffic accidents, etc. The Foundation assumes no responsibility for said delays. However, in the case of loss or damage caused to an order during transport, the Foundation commits to sending a new order at no extra cost to you, and under the same conditions as the original order. 

 International Shipping Policy

Additional charges for customs duties and taxes for countries that are not in the European Union are not included in the product price.

International regulations regarding package shipment require the sender to include an official invoice in triplicate with the order, without which the item cannot be shipped. This documentation will be used by customs officials in the destination country to calculate any applicable duties, tariffs or taxes to be levied on the purchase. You must pay this sum on delivery, as applicable to each instance, and as required by such authorities.
