The FOUNDATION is not responsible for the use of these images by others. Access to such content through the website does not give users any rights over them; users may not alter, modify, exploit, reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or exercise any other rights that the owner of the content may have. All rights to use the images of the works in the Permanent Collections of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Collection Foundation are the exclusive property of the FOUNDATION. For works subject to copyright, the user must obtain a license from the author or their manager.

  8. Responsibility. The FOUNDATION will only be responsible for the information it has created and published on its own websites. The FOUNDATION assumes no responsibility for any kind of information generated by users, nor for content found on other sites not directly managed by the FOUNDATION that are included on the websites of the FOUNDATION via links.
