It is a 12-month Reserve red wine in French oak barrels from the Marqués de Griñón winery (V.P. Dominio de Valdepusa). The Summa Varietalis is an authentic coupage resulting from the assembly of the Syrah grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot from the oldest vineyards of the Dominio de Valdepusa estate. A fresh and stimulating wine with a good fruit load and at the same time light, ideal for enjoyment. Its intense and complex aromas of red fruits, the soft contribution to French oak and its velvety texture match well with the varied flavors of the new Mediterranean cuisine.
