Pasteleria Ascaso was founded in 1890 in Huesca, and since then, its commitment to innovation and research into new formulas based on traditional recipes has made it a firm benchmark for Spain's sweetest cuisine. Today, Ascaso continues to grow, with the fourth generation of the family at the helm, from a workshop in Huesca that boasts the most important advances in the sector while maintaining the artisanal production that characterizes its creations.
