The Magritte Machine is a poetic and musical journey through the pictorial imagination of René Magritte (1898-1967). OVERTURE makes its own interpretation of the surrealist atmosphere that surrounds the work of the Belgian painter, transferring it to avant-garde electronics. From the seven sections that make up the Thyssen Museum exhibition The Magritte Machine , Overture has created seven sound pieces that the visitor will access through a QR code located at the entrance of the exhibition. An immersive experience of the pictorial through listening in order to accompany the viewer acoustically on their journey, giving them the option of enjoying an alternative audio guide.
