Vienna was the capital of European thought between the wars. The most radical minds in psychology, philosophy, economics, physics, architecture and design shared a space of unusual creativity and freedom that became a focus of influence for the whole world (especially the USA and the UK). From the small Austrian capital, the foundations of the modern world were forged. This is a tribute to the most important inhabitants of that extraordinary world (from Zweig or Freud to Wittgenstein and Wilhelm).
