This publication addresses the proposal formulated through the exhibition Abundant Futures , which presents a bold attempt to imagine the creation of worlds and ecological futures from the condition of abundance and plenitude. It brings into conversation numerous visions and artistic proposals from the TBA21 Thyssen- Bornemisza Art Contemporary collection , pointing out the multiplicity of worlds in which humans and non-humans cohabit, a world of many worlds.
Fully illustrated, the book brings together a multitude of artistic voices and practices, interventions, poetry, newly curated texts and a rich selection of photographs from the exhibition and performances. It also proposes a suggestive debate on the themes of abundance, scarcity, and the conflict between ecology and nature.
